LEADERSHIP

This Is ME has three levels of leadership: the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Girls Council.

Board of Directors

The This Is ME Board has been instrumental in raising funds and attracting supporters to our mission. They also fulfill all other traditional board duties, from approving the budget to advising staff.

Jennifer O'Grady
President

Jennifer was born and raised on the Northwest side of Chicago, remaining in Chicago for both her undergrad and Graduate work. She is currently living her passion of helping women through her work as a Mary Kay Consultant and the organizer/facilitator of support/spirituality groups for women as well as serving as an organizational coach for women. Her most important role is that of mother to two energetic, smart, creative girls.

Jennifer worked for several years in the non profit sector, creating curriculum and overseeing programming and volunteers for a Unitarian Universalist church. She has been a volunteer for TIME for 5 years now and loves watching the girls grow into themselves with confidence and creativity. She is honored to be serving TIME as President and loves working with such fabulous innovative, thoughtful women!

Meg Renehan
Vice President

Megan Renehan is currently on staff with the American Osteopathic Association as a Marketing & Communications Specialist and the Executive Director of the South Carolina Osteopathic Medical Society. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

In August of 2008, Megan joined This Is ME because she loves the idea of creating better communities by helping young women realize their full potential. In addition to her role on the Board of Directors, Meg chairs the Marketing Committee.
