Outside the Girl Box - What's the Girl Box?? Well, for one thing, it's not actually a box. The Girl Box is a phrase coined by Molly Barker, founder of Girls on the Run International. It names a place where many girls go right around fifth grade. It's where you go when you start acting a certain way to attract attention from other people, even if that means hiding the incredible person you really are! Some girls take a long time to come out of the Girl Box. Some women are still in the Girl Box. My goal is to keep you all out of the Girl Box!
